Panasonic's tough valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) rechargeable batteries are designed to provide outstanding performance in withstanding overcharge,over discharge, and resisting vibration and shock. These compact batteries save installation space while providing full and reliable power. The use of special sealing epoxies, tongue and grove case construction, long-sealing paths for posts and connectors assures that the abttery will offer exceptional leak resistance.

Panasonc VRLA batteries utilise pasted lead-calcium plates with the electrolyte in the battery held captive in a Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) separator located between the plates that immobilise the electrolyte in the cell. AGM separator material is highly porous, absorbent micro fibreglass mat mxied with polymer fibres that immobiliess the electrolyte and creates a situation where a spill of electrolyte is highly unlikely.

Panasonic batteries are individually factory tested for voltagem capacifty , and the integrity of the value seals. With such testing, you can be assured that all batteries are capable to meet the high demands of reliaability in service with expected trickle life of up to 10 years at 20°C in some applications.

BATTERY SELECTION

LC-R Series – general purpose trickle charge application suited to a wide variety of applications, ranging from alarm panel stand-by batteries thru to remote area stand-by power solutions.

LC-XC Series - Cyclic long life batteries offer greater performance when used in cyclic applications like electric scoters and golf carts. These cyclic variations also perform well in solar installations.

LC-P Series – Large standby trickle charge applications where it is vial that power remain on continuously. These batteries are suited to the telecommunications environment and offer flame retardant casings

UP-VW Series – UPS high power batteries a specifically designed for fast discharge UPS operation and continuous float charging.
